My son was seeing an acupuncturist for his allergies. We have a fairly good diet at home but my son needed some supplements and the first item she mentioned was to add a high omega 3 fish oil to his diet. Omega 3s is an anti-inflammatory, it helps with skin, eyes, hair and bone health.
Most fish oils taste horrible or they aren't that effective. Well the company she recommended is Nutragen. They have a product called PureOmega Plus and it is amazing. My kids love the tropical fruit flavor. I really love this company because they test for heavy metals, there are no artificial ingredients and they use glass bottles and other compostable eco-friendly packaging for all their products.
That's a win for me that they produce highly effective products and use eco-friendly packaging.
